ఢిల్లీలో ప్రపంచ పుస్తక మహోత్సవం

దైనందిన జీవితంలో ఎవరికి వారు బిజీ అయిపోయారు. ఉన్న కాస్త టైంలో టీవీకే అతుక్కుపోతున్నారు. విద్యార్ధులైతే క్లాసు పుస్తకాలు బట్టీ పట్టేందుకే టైం సరిపోవడం లేదంటూ తెగ ఇదైపోతారు. ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో పుస్తకం కొని చదవే వారి సంఖ్య తగ్గిపోతోంది. చిరిగిన చొక్కా తొడుక్కున్నా పర్వాలేదు... ఒక పుస్తకమైనా కొనుక్కో అన్నాడో పెద్ద మనిషి. ఇలాంటి మంచి మాటలు మన చెవులకెక్కవు. కానీ అడపాదడపా జరిగే బుక్ ఫెయిర్లలో మాత్రం ఆసక్తి ఉన్న ఏ కొద్ది మందో వచ్చి తమకు నచ్చిన పుస్తకం కొనుక్కుంటున్నారు. ఢిల్లీలో వరల్డ్ బుక్ ఫెయిర్ జరుగుతోంది. అందుకు సంబంధించిన మరిన్ని వివరాలు....

 

New Delhi World Book Fair (NDWBF) held for the past 40 years is now a major calendar event in the publishing world. NDWBF 2013 is scheduled from 4 to 10 February 2013 at the centrally located Pragati Maidan exhibition grounds, New Delhi. The Fair is organised by National cultures including exhibit of books, traditional art forms, crafts, panel discussions and performances will be showcased. Book Trust, India, an apex body of the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development.
